Kushtet e Përgjithshme të Shërbimit (AGB)

1. Fusha e zbatimit
   Këto kushte vlejnë për të gjitha porositë e bëra në dyqanin tonë online ShqipCare by B.A. nga konsumatorë privatë.
2. Përfundimi i kontratës
   Një kontratë përfundon sapo porosia konfirmohet përmes checkout dhe pagesa kryhet me sukses.
3. Produkte digjitale dhe personalizime
   ❌ Nuk ka të drejtë kthimi ose rimbursimi për produkte digjitale (eBooks, udhëzues, lista PDF) sipas § 356 Abs. 5 BGB.
   ❌ Për produktet e personalizuara (varëse me emër, kuti të personalizuara, karta) nuk aplikohet e drejta e kthimit.
4. Pagesat
   Pranojmë pagesa përmes PayPal, kartë krediti dhe Shopify Payments.

1. Dërgesat dhe tarifat

• Gjermani: 2–7 ditë pune.
• BE: 4–7 ditë pune.
• Jashtë BE: 5–12 ditë pune.
  Tarifat e transportit shfaqen gjatë checkout.

1. Garancia dhe përgjegjësia
   Kthimet për produkte fizike pranohen vetëm në rast dëmtimi gjatë transportit. Klienti duhet të njoftojë brenda 7 ditëve.
   Nuk kemi përgjegjësi për vonesa të shkaktuara nga transportuesit (DHL, UPS, GLS etj.).
2. E drejta e autorit
   Të gjitha produktet digjitale janë për përdorim personal. Ndalohen kopjimi, shpërndarja dhe rishitja pa leje.
3. Ligji i zbatueshëm
   Zbatohet ligji gjerman.

1. Geltungsbereich
   Diese Bedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen im Online-Shop ShqipCare by B.A. durch private Verbraucher.
2. Vertragsschluss
   Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald die Bestellung im Checkout bestätigt und die Zahlung erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist.
3. Digitale Produkte und personalisierte Artikel
   ❌ Kein Widerrufsrecht oder Rückerstattung für digitale Produkte (E-Books, Leitfäden, PDFs) gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB.
   ❌ Für personalisierte Produkte (Namensausweise, personalisierte Boxen, Karten) besteht ebenfalls kein Widerrufsrecht.
4. Zahlungen
   Wir akzeptieren Zahlungen über PayPal, Kreditkarte und Shopify Payments.
5. Lieferung und Versandkosten

• Deutschland: 2–4 Werktage.
• EU: 4–7 Werktage.
• Außerhalb der EU: 5–8 Werktage.
  Die Versandkosten werden beim Checkout angezeigt.

1. Gewährleistung und Haftung
   Rückgaben von physischen Produkten sind nur bei Transportschäden möglich. Der Kunde muss uns innerhalb von 7 Tagen informieren.
   Wir haften nicht für Lieferverzögerungen durch Versanddienstleister (DHL, UPS, GLS etc.).
2. Urheberrecht
   Alle digitalen Produkte sind nur für den persönlichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung oder Weiterverkauf ohne Genehmigung sind untersagt.
3. Anwendbares Recht
   Es gilt deutsches Recht.

Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Scope
   These terms apply to all orders placed in our online shop ShqipCare by B.A. by private consumers.
2. Conclusion of contract
   A contract is concluded once the order is confirmed at checkout and payment is successfully processed.
3. Digital products and personalized items
   ❌ No right of withdrawal or refund for digital products (eBooks, guides, PDFs) in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.
   ❌ No right of withdrawal applies to personalized items (lanyards with names, personalized boxes, cards).
4. Payments
   We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, and Shopify Payments.
5. Delivery and shipping costs

• Germany: 2–4 business days.
• EU: 4–7 business days.
• Outside EU: 5–8 business days.
  Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

1. Warranty and liability
   Returns of physical products are only accepted in case of shipping damage. The customer must notify us within 7 days.
   We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers (DHL, UPS, GLS etc.).
2. Copyright
   All digital products are for personal use only. Copying, distribution, or resale without permission is prohibited.
3. Applicable law
   German law applies.
